Beginner Friendly Kickboxing

Learn real striking techniques in a beginner friendly environment. Every class includes guided instruction on punches and kicks so you feel confident before the workout starts. No experience needed. Just show up ready to learn and move.

Functional Fitness

Build total body strength using bodyweight and simple movements that improve balance, core strength, and endurance. These exercises are designed to support everyday life while complementing your striking rounds.

HIIT Cardio

High energy intervals set to motivating music keep your heart rate up and your calories burning. Short bursts of effort followed by recovery create an efficient workout that delivers results without feeling repetitive.

  • No. One of the best parts of StrikeFit is that you can train solo using a bag or bring a friend and share a bag together.

  • You will need boxing or striking kits. For your first couple of classes you are welcome to borrow ours. We do not require a specific brand. Message us if you need recommendations.

  • No worries at all. We offer plenty of built in modifications so you can still get a great workout without missing out. You will blend right in with no pressure and no judgment.
